This one-day retreat offers a rich blend of group prayer, personal reflection, and creative expression to explore St. Paul’s invitation to live a more integrated Christ-life. Through guided input on the theme, time for silent prayer, artistic engagement, walking the land, and sharing the fruits of the day, we’ll consider what it means to be “chosen by God, holy and beloved.”

Carve out some meaningful “God and me” time before the holiday season begins in earnest. This retreat is a chance to slow down, reconnect with your inner life, and return to your daily routine renewed and grounded in your identity in Christ.

Please bring your Bible, a journal, and a water bottle.

This retreat will be facilitated by Sr. Madeleine Gregg, fcJ, who brings a rich tapestry of experience and a heart for spiritual growth to her retreat facilitation. A Faithful Companion of Jesus, Madeleine has journeyed from special education classrooms to university lecture halls, from Pittsburgh to Bologna to Calgary—always guided by a deep sense of purpose and a love for Ignatian spirituality. With a Doctorate in Cognitive Studies and decades of teaching and retreat ministry behind her, she now serves as a spiritual director at Loyola House in Guelph. Known for her warmth, wisdom, and joyful spirit, Madeleine delights in helping others discover greater freedom, joy, and depth in their relationship with God through the Ignatian retreat experience.
