This one-day retreat invites individuals into the art making process with the goal of promoting reflection, symbolic thinking, emotional release and spontaneous expression. Using a variety of art making materials, we will explore ways to open ourselves to creative possibilities. With guidance rooted in self-compassion, we will gently investigate how to let go of the inner critic in order that the creative self can flourish. Placing trust in the creative process is seen as a way to move towards expanding our hearts and minds. No art experience necessary- The creative path is open to all. Materials will be provided.
