A Lent Retreat

This one-day retreat offers you an opportunity to take a day of renewal in the season of Lent.
It includes a combination of presentations, time for personal reflection, Eucharist, lunch and snacks. The presentations will make use of the spiritual dynamics of St. Ignatius of Loyola. You will be invited to listen to the inner movements of your Lenten journey and offered tools to find solitude in the rhythm of your daily life.
- Bring your Bible, your journal, a pen, and your water bottle
- Lunch, snacks and beverages provided by the Loyola House kitchen
- There will be no spiritual direction at this one-day retreat
