Meet the living God who wants a deeper relationship with you.
This retreat is for anyone desiring a more intentional prayer practice, and especially for those seeking healing and inner freedom.
The retreat offers a clear, simple, and practical approach to developing your prayer life in the Ignatian tradition.
Ever thought of doing the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius but felt the commitment too overwhelming or intense for your busy life? Then this retreat is for you. Experience the Spiritual Exercises as Ignatius first offered them to others (Annotation #18).
During this retreat you will learn different methods of prayer, be introduced to the basic discernment of spirits, and practice keeping a listening journal.
The retreat explores the mysteries of love, mercy, healing, and freedom.
The commitment is four weeks, with twenty-five to forty minutes of prayer four days a week, preferably Monday to Thursday. This is followed by a Sunday exercise.
The online meetings, on three consecutive Sundays, help deepen our experiences of prayer through spiritual conversations.
