This retreat will give a taste of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, following the flow of their original design, touching on key meditations/contemplations, and providing an overview of the process as Teilhard de Chardin might have presented them. It will offer a contemporary, evolutionary perspective on how the Holy Trinity’s purpose in becoming incarnate in Jesus Christ encompasses the entire evolving universe and its aim is to bring creation (along with all of us) back to God, fully conscious of our divine origin and divine destiny.
- this is a guided retreat with time for silence, meditation/contemplation
