Applied Skills in Ignatian Spiritual Direction

Prerequisite: participants must have successfully completed the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and our Expanded Skills in Ignatian Spiritual Direction program.

This 4-week practicum helps participants strengthen their skills by directing “real-life” retreatants in Loyola House. Over the course of two 8-day and one 5-day retreats, participants integrate fully into the team of Loyola House spiritual directors. Team meetings, group supervision and daily sessions with a qualified, individual supervisor build confidence in participants as they put into practice the art and theory learned in Expanded Skills in Ignatian Spiritual Direction.

Cost:  $3,917 CAD – Ensuite Room – private single bedroom with 3-piece washroom, desk and chair

Application deadline is February 1. Note: If you reside outside of North America, we advise you to apply early to allow time for Visa process.  Apply early as space is limited.
