Five years ago we initiated our Sacred Ground campaign to sustain the Centre’s vision into the future.
We have been truly inspired and blessed by your support which has allowed the Centre to
- Complete $300,000 in energy and accessibility upgrades to both the administrative and accommodation wings of Loyola House
- Establish a $650,000 endowment fund to provide wages for lay spiritual directors
- Set up a conservation easement to protect the Old-Growth Forest project lands in perpetuity
- Hire contract staff to work on restoration of the forest and to deliver workshops for students across Wellington County ($75,000)
We extend our thanks for your wonderful support.
This year’s goal is to raise $900,000 for the installation of a geothermal heating/cooling system and upgrade of the septic system for Loyola House. Geothermal, an energy-efficient, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly system, would reduce the high costs of our current electrical system.
With your generosity, we will reach this goal.
