In the Building

Orchard Park Office Centre is a mixed–use office complex that is ideal for companies financial, agricultural, environmental and health–care organizations.

The Centre’s tenant mix includes: Nature Conservancy Canada, Wildlife Preservation Canada and the Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario. The aggregate of a picturesque rural setting with treasured remnants of it’s unique history, affords a relaxed and amiable atmosphere for office employees and their clients.

Building Structure

Encompassing approximately 135,000 square feet, with 80,000 square feet of dedicated office space, the Centre successfully integrates two historical developments. The northwest wing, built in the late 1940’s, manifests a Neoclassic “federalist” style architecture while the southeast addition, built in 1960 to house Ignatius College, is demonstrative of craftsman–built “campus” design. The brick building is embellished with natural stone, rich wood and tudor casement style windows.

Building features include a verdant courtyard with maturing tree canopy and marble statuary.

Centrally located in southwestern Ontario, Orchard Park is just minutes from downtown Guelph; 50 minutes from Pearson International Airport; and 90 minutes from the US border.

Although situated on the perimeter of an urban city, Orchard Park remains a timeless rural landscape with access to 15km of walking and cross-country ski trails, community shared organic vegetable gardens, sacred spaces such as a grassy labyrinth and open vistas overlooking the Ignatius Farm.
