Working with Purpose

Ignatius Jesuit Centre is a place where land, community, and spiritual life come together in meaningful ways. Our work spans conservation, regenerative farming, spiritual programming, education, and community engagement, all rooted in a commitment to care for our common home.
Those who work at IJC are stewards of both land and mission. Roles here are hands-on, relational, and shaped by the realities of a small, place-based organization. Staff work closely with one another, with volunteers, and with the wider community, contributing to a shared effort that is practical, grounded, and responsive to the needs of this place.
Ignatius Jesuit Centre aspires to be an equitable and inclusive workplace where a diversity of life experiences, identities, and perspectives can work together. We encourage applicants from all walks of life and apply an anti-oppression framework to our work. IJC has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment and is committed to fostering a respectful and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and visitors.
