Belonging to This Place
Friends of Ignatius is a way of belonging to Ignatius Jesuit Centre. It is open to anyone who feels connected to this land and its purpose, whether you come often or only occasionally, whether you give financially, volunteer your time, or simply carry this place in your heart.
This community exists because people care. Friends of Ignatius brings together walkers, gardeners, volunteers, donors, retreatants, neighbours, and partners who believe in the shared work of caring for land, community, and spirit.
What It Means to Be a Friend
Friends of Ignatius are part of the living community that sustains this place. As a Friend, you are invited to:
- Receive regular updates about what is happening on the land
- Be welcomed into seasonal gatherings and community moments
- Learn about opportunities to volunteer, participate, and engage
- Share in the evolving story of Ignatius Jesuit Centre
Some Friends show up with their hands in the soil. Others walk the trails, attend gatherings, or support the work from afar. All are part of the same circle of care.
