Ignatius Farm’s Community Gardens offer a welcoming space for individuals of all gardening experience levels to cultivate their own produce. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, these gardens provide an opportunity to connect with nature, learn sustainable practices, and become part of a supportive community.
Garden Plot Options:
- Plots range from 100 to 1,000 square feet.
- Annual, perennial, and garlic plots are available.
- Gardeners can purchase compost and straw mulch directly from Ignatius Farm.
Community Engagement:
- Participate in seasonal activities like garden set-up, waterline setup, and the year-end Clean & Glean.
- Volunteer opportunities allow gardeners to exchange their time for a plot.
- Contribute to the Ignatius Farm newsletter by sharing photos, recipes, and gardening stories.
