A Practical Introduction
This retreat prepares the Full Spiritual Exercises Experience (40-Day) and is a good opportunity for:
- a beginner to prepare for the Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life or
- an experienced director to learn the fundamentals of an Ignatian Retreat
In this 5-day thematic retreat you will learn the fundamentals of Ignatian praying. It includes instructional talks, prayer and thematic talks on God’s presence in both our world and our deepest desires.
The start of the retreat introduces retreat silence and a talk on Ignatian spiritual exercises. The other talks will focus on ways of Ignatian praying and encourage you to enter them. Retreatants have individual spiritual directors to guide them.
People are asked to arrive at 1:30pm on the first day with the first session at 3pm. Departure is after lunch on the last day.

- $719 – Ensuite Room – private single bedroom with 3-piece washroom, desk and chair
