Join the team in the Field or Community Orchard for a work-bee in the morning and stay for Pest Management workshop after lunch!
Bring your lunch, a blanket or a camp chair! And top your day with a hike on one of the many trails.
Work-bee: 9-12pm
- Option of work-bee in Field or Orchard
- Please dress for the weather and bring your own gloves. Tools will be provided.
- Seasonal field work is dictated by the crops, weather and what is most needed that day.
Brown bag picnic lunch: 12-1pm
Bring your own lunch and enjoy eating outside at the Farm!
Insect pest identification workshop: 1-2:30pm
Learn about some of the common vegetable pests, how to ID them and how you can prevent/minimize their damage. There is a small (pay-what-you-can) fee for this workshop.
