The Enneagram is a spiritually dynamic system that enables you to understand yourself at a deep level. It describes 9 different “types” or patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Knowing your type can help you see your automatic way of reacting to the challenges of daily life. It can also help you see your core motivation and your deepest struggles, as well as how all of this impacts others. While what you learn can sometimes be quite challenging, you learn it in a way that creates profound compassion for yourself and empathy for others. By working with these insights, you can be freer of your patterns and more able to live in your potential and serve your highest calling.
This workshop includes watching 3+ hours of videos ahead of time. In these videos, you will learn not only about the 9 types of the Enneagram and how types impact our lives, but also about the role working with the Enneagram can play in your spiritual journey. During the in-person day, we will talk more about “why the Enneagram”, giving each person a chance to explore what type they might be. These conversations are quite rich and much of the learning comes from hearing each other’s wonderings.
