Today is for anyone who is journeying with grief – through loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship that has ended in conflict, a home, or any other loss that has resulted in grief.

We will explore the dynamics of the grieving process through the lens of “narrative disruption” – your story that has now been changed with a loss you did not want.  There will be:

• Opportunities for personal reflection
• Small group discussions
• A ritual to honour our loss(es)
• Lunch and dinner will be a time of open conversation

You are invited to bring something with you that symobolizes your loss.

Prices:

• $135 – fee for full day
