A Weekend on Food (formerly called “Stopping to Eat”)
Apply here!
Most of us in Canada, thank goodness, eat daily, but how often do we truly eat deeply? Mindfully? With sufficient gratitude that corresponds to the magnitude of the gift of food?
So let’s take a weekend to put our whole mind and body into eating well. Then we can savour the full spiritual, psychological and physical significance of slow, authentic soul food. In addition to eating, we’ll explore the wider implications of our diet on ourselves and on our world, plus we’ll cook up some fun in the renowned Loyola House kitchen.
