By completing registration, I acknowledge that:

• I have read, understood, and agree to the Ignatius Farm Community Garden Terms and Conditions.
• I understand that these Terms include important provisions about liability, safety, and responsibility for my garden plot and activities at Ignatius Jesuit Centre.
• I understand that Ignatius Jesuit Centre and Ignatius Farm are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property, tools, or produce, and that I am responsible for my own safety and belongings.
• I accept that failure to follow these Terms may result in the revocation of my garden privileges without refund.
